Παιδιά έως 3 ετών διαμένουν δωρεάν σε κρεβατάκι μωρού. Τα κρεβατάκια διατίθενται μόνο κατόπιν συνεννόησης κατά την κράτηση. Μεγαλύτερα παιδιά κοιμούνται σε έξτρα κρεβάτια με χρέωση 30% επί της τιμής του δωματίου.

To ξενοδοχείο Roses Beach βρίσκεται πάνω από την παραλία Λιβάδια, στα νότια του κόλπου της Παροικιάς. Οι παραλίες Κριός και Μαρτσέλο, βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια ή το αυτοκίνητο (περί 1χλμ.) Το κέντρο της Παροικιάς και το λιμάνι είναι στο 1,5χλμ. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και προστατευμένη από τα μελτέμια του Αυγούστου. Στα 500μ., θa βρείτε τα πλησιέστερα καφέ, εστιατόρια και beach bar.

Bonne literie, bon petit d?jeuner, belle piscine, tout est propre et tr?s bien entretenu.Les h?tes sont tr?s accueillants et de tr?s bons conseils. Vue sur la baie de Parikia depuis certaines chambres et depuis la piscine formidable. Seul petit inconv?nient que les h?tes sont en train d?am?liorer, les salles de bains sont toutes petites et peu pratiques. On reviendra avec plaisir. | 5 |

First and foremost, Efi and Babis were warm, welcoming and accommodating. They always communicated promptly and were available when and if needed. Also they let us be without being imposing and made us feel at home. The location for us was perfect as it was away enough from the centre of town to have a peaceful and relaxing experience but close enough to either walk down or drive down and be close to all the restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. The hotel had an awesome view of the water, bay and town. The pool was fantastic and nice to have a bar right there. The housekeeper was always available and worked hard. The room was great and clean with a fantastic view. We found a little gem in the paradise that is Paros and would highly recommend it. | 5 |

The location is ideal when you arrive with the ferry, the hotel also offer free shuttle from and to the port. The swimming pool is perfect with view to the sea. The mojito served in the pool bar are exceptional and for a reasonable price ! The owner also arranged for us a rental car for a day with pick up and return of the car directly in the hotel !
